Revert "[ci] Avoid ajax race conditions the flag table test"
This reverts commit 50f8d1c8243539d41f5a1d10873c14be91ba801a.
This got added to handle flaky flag tests that got introduced with PR #1891
However 8dfd6f67e10b5b4ca4486 already fixed the flaky tests. Moreover capybara
provides a couple of finders, eg. find, that have an internal wait loop that checks
a page every few miliseconds for a matching element to appear.
