[api] avoid timeout errors on creating SRs
Since quite some time it's impossible to submit kernels or libreoffice or any
other package without getting a timeout error on first try. I always thought
that this is due to the event notifications - but I was wrong. After debugging
I noticed 98ff007b6eeb9fffcb74562e633890aea5afb5cb added a rather thoughtless
sourcediff call without caching exceptions
