  [webui] Set cleanup checkbox per default if source project is a standard
branch

I.e. contains ':branches:' in it's name ;-) If the box is unchecked, add
<sourceupdate>update</sourceupdate> to the request XML to avoid
auto-deletion by the API (bnc#739716).
