[mirror] New bandwidth for stage.opensuse.org

      Hi Mirror Hosts,

As previously mentioned, our new 1Gbps bandwidth for stage.opensuse.org is now live (since Friday actually)

Please let us know if you spot any issues, I'm hoping you all notice a significant improvement to sync times
as a result of this change.

An additional 4Gbps or more is still expected for June,
