I don't really know how nor why, but if a spellchecker is enabled on the wiki server, the edit wiki windows do colorize the mispelled words and this is very handy. could this be setup for us (in any langage used)? in fact I have this on some of my mediawikis, but not all and I don't really know why :-( thanks jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://dodin.org/galerie_photo_web/expo/index.html http://lucien.dodin.net http://fr.susewiki.org/index.php?title=Gérer_ses_photos

I have spellchecker working in KDE applications, but not in Firefox. So when I'm logged in with Konqueror it will paint misspelled words. This one has nothing to do with wiki and internet, it is local function. For any language that is not your native it can be dangerous. You have probably examples for French language. I stumbled over spellcheck limitations more than once, as I'm non-native in 3 languages. -- Regards, Rajko.

having some words hilighted in red do not seems dangerous :-) I frequently hesitated between two options and this helps me (even in my native langage) jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://dodin.org/galerie_photo_web/expo/index.html http://lucien.dodin.net http://fr.susewiki.org/index.php?title=Gérer_ses_photos

oh, yes... I didn't mind because I always work with Kde, but seems like mozilla do not comply with this (konkeror do). it's even better like this. thanks jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://dodin.org/galerie_photo_web/expo/index.html http://lucien.dodin.net http://fr.susewiki.org/index.php?title=Gérer_ses_photos
