Intriguing, I have not seen any of these yet either (could this be a matter of location rather than client?). I currently use TBird... but I am European (UK) based... I think Carlos is in Spain, Dave is in UK as well...
Could this be (yet another) American gremlin (spook) ?
I'm in Canada & run using Seamonkey.
I'm in Canada and use T'Bird and tried KMail last week. All from the openSUSE list had headers and senders. I'd complain about the 'reply to sender' rather than 'reply to list' but I understand that is worn out long ago. I have my procmail filter out messages that have no subject line and also messages that have no sender since these are characteristic of a lot of spam. Each go into a separate folder away from regular mail I check that at least once a week. Nothing suse-like has shown up in either of them. -- The great tragedy of Science - the slaying of a beautiful hypothesis by an ugly fact. Thomas H. OK, there clearly is a From: and a Subject:, so this looks like a problem with your mail client. I'd open a bug for it if I were you Anders -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

This is probably the reason for the trouble: I suspect the overlong domainkey signature is wrongly broken down by Gmail, leading to an empty line that is normally the limiter between the header fields of the mail and the body part of the mail. Please check if the body part contains headerfields that shouldn't be there, especially the "From:", "To:" and "Subject:" headers. -- Sandy List replies only please! Could be, but gmail supports web, pop3, and imap. I read it with both web and imap. Don't see any problems. OP, can you tell us how you read your gmail account? And by which protocol? That shouldn't surprise you. whois queries domains, not host records. For single hosts try "host mta197.mail.mud.yahoo.com" and the corresponding "host 68.142.202.145": # host mta197.mail.mud.yahoo.com mta197.mail.mud.yahoo.com has address 68.142.202.145 mta197.mail.mud.yahoo.com mail is handled by 0 . # host 68.142.202.145 145.202.142.68.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mta197.mail.mud.yahoo.com. -- Sandy List replies only please!
