Is there a nice GUI scanner for linux/SUSE except of kooka? I think kooka is bit awkward. I've got a Canon LIDE20 that works well with sane's plustek driver.
Don't know about Plustek but I use XSane, which uses the same SANE backend. There's alo vividata - a commercial product. -- kai ponte www.perfectreign.com linux - genuine windows replacement part

I have always used xsane and been very happy with it. When looking at commercial products one might also consider VueScan http://www.hamrick.com Scroll to bottom for Linux version. A great place to learn more about scanning: http://www.scantips.com/ Bryan ******************************************************** Powered by SuSE Linux 9.2 Professional KDE 3.3.0 KMail 1.7.1 This is a Microsoft-free computer Bryan S.
