[opensuse] After playing game (STALKER) I have wrong display resolution. Need to relogin to restore it. Is there any way to restore the resolution without relogin?

Try xrandr if you just run "xrandr" without any parameters, you will see a list of available resolutions. You can then run something like xrandr -s 320x240 to set the resolution to 320x240. Change the numbers to fit the resolution you actually want to achieve :) Anders -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Alternatively, you can reset the resolution Configure Desktop > Display and set to what you want. C -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Yes, thanks. But I used the previous advice to create a shortcut to quickly reset the resolution each time I exit game. And well... Maybe it's worth to create a script to run the game and to run the xrandr after the game exited (-: -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
