That's what I did. In my somewhat-extensive experience over two or three different OSes this amounts to opening the link file and copying from there. I actually never gave doing otherwise a thought! :-\ I'll try that, next time.

Here's what I did. I went to shoutcast, and instead of clicking on Tune In, I right moused on it, and chose, save link as... then I saved it. I then opened it with keditor, and copied the http address including the port. I then opened a terminal window and typed: streamripper http-address Then it starts going. Tom
