hi this is something interesting i came across while doinf ps aux once on my machine: #127 11609 0.0 1.1 3348 1104 ? I might be wrong, but I think you have been "cyber" attacked. The concerning part of your message is the *irc* part. There's a know bug in knfsd, which is explore precisely through irc... You may have to do a _fresh_ install...
