Well as I should use the cdrom drive for an installation, I could not see the Source Medium. It was greyed due to a reason I do not know. Think the Source Medium is the cdrom if the needed program resides On a cdrom ??.
Directory being any drive type that is mountable, including NFS's. So if you can get to it with one of those options, then Yast will/can install it.
