That sounds like a Bug report is warranted. I can confirm more than 4 works in 10.3+kde3.5.9. In my ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals file I have many entries like the following: Switch to Desktop 2=Ctrl-F2 Switch to Desktop 10=Ctrl-F10 etc.... I seem to recall that only the first few desktops are configured for Ctrl-Fx.
