I think there is a chapter in the printed SuSE manual to configure a dual boot linux-NT machine (look that linux always goes the first one ;-) There is the description to use the NT boot loader to switch between OSs. From what I understood it's possible to read NTFS partitions. Writing is not recomended! Someone once posted a message about screwing up his NTFS partition because he tried to edit.
