I had a gpg key on 8.2. I just upgraded to 9.0 and did a fresh install. The only thing I backed up was my /home/tom directory. Now, I need to get my gpg key so that I can decode emails I'm getting for orders. Am I screwed or is my gpg key in my /home directory and maybe backed up? -- Tom Nielsen Neuro Logic Systems 805.389.5435 x18 www.neuro-logic.com

It should be in ~/.gnupg/(pubring|secring).gpg -- Homepage http://scott.exti.net XFce desktop environment http://www.xfce.org Goodies for the XFce desktop http://xfce-goodies.berlios.de

Copy the ~/.gpg directory from your backup and your gpg should be working just as it was before.
