Hi! First of all sorry my English. I had configured properly for defect in SuSE 7.0 Professional the TV card (Win TV Primio FM), with the kernel 2.2.16 and with XFree86 3.3.6. I never had any problem in the visualization of the tv programs, being she detected automatically, without having for that to move in the configurations of the kernel. Now that I accomplished the update of the totality of the necessary programs for SuSE 7.1 Professional (kernel 2.2.18 3 XFree86 4.0.2), I left of he/she can see the tv programs in Linux. I didn't change none of the parameters, I only made the upgrade. Everything now meets to right to work, less the tv card. It used the application kwintv to see the tv programs. Will it be that anybody can help myself to solve this problem? Best regards, AC

Try loading the TV card modules with these commands: modprobe tuner modprobe msp3400 modprobe bttv radio=1 and see if it works after that. You might need to find all of the TV channels again.
