[opensuse] gmail headers
When trying to see headers in gmail I can't get the 'more options' option. I get 'show details' where it should be instead. Clicking that does not bring up the header. Firefox 2.0 under 10.1. Has it changed from 1.5 maybe? Sorry if it's staring me in the face but I know from google that it *should be there but it isn't. It's staring you in the face :-) They changed/enhanced the interface a little. Click on the show details link. Then oven in the top RH corner of the email there is a little down pointing arrow. Click that and select Show original... and it'll open the raw text version of the email in a separate window/tab. The first time you clicked the show details link, you would have gotten a pop-up text bubble (like a speech bubble) pointing at the down pointing arrow and telling to click there for extra options. How the webmail page shows doesn't have anything to do with the browser used. | [opensuse] gmail headers opensuse Reply (drop list: Reply to all, | Forward, Print, Add, Primm to Contacts list , Delete this message, | Report phishing, Show original, Message text garbled?) Unless gmail is being "clever" and shows a different page deppending on the detected browser. If that's the case, you should ask them - but it is not.

Try in the drop list at the right, under "reply". It is gmail who has changed things. ;-) - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
