The Ubuntu guys, since their 5.04 release have made a little reporting tool which at a certain point (i don't remember if just after the installation) asks you for each significant device if it works, how it works and if not a gives you a little space whre you can write something. http://shots.osdir.com/slideshows/305_or/96.png here you can have a look. -- .~.
