I would like to suggest a change to the way the 6 (or whatever number) CDs are packaged now. The paper pack has created several scratch on the CDs after a few times of taking out and in. I am handle it with care but it still happened. This may potentially lead to bad CD in near future and create more issues to SuSE. How about have a look at the Cardela way of packing their CD? they uses a specially made small plastic cover to house the CD nicely, it is space saving (compared with normal CD case) and it is nice looking. Of course this may increase the cost, but with the mass production, I believe it is not significant. I know this topic has been discussed many times before, but with the increasing complaint on bad CD, maybe this is one of the source of the problem? The current paper packing with a 45 deg cut-out prevented the CDs from falling out, but also scratch the surface for my case which make me worry. Hi Dennis and friends all, I agree, and any better solution will do. For now i cautiously extract the Cd's the first time i open the package and store them safely on my own cristal cases. This increases my own costs, but not much. But there is always the chance that you get them scratched even on first manipulation. Take it easy. ---- Dennis wrote:
