You'd be amazed at the prudes and jellyfish-spined that run things or are
allowed to run things and direct how and what people are allowed or not, to
say/write. All 'cause they're afraid of

a curse word! The idea that a kid might actually read or hear a 'curse word' has them so upset and scared that it'll turn the little brat into a raving maniac who will later in life find a meat cleaver and start killing all the people in an old folks home. Pathetic, actually.
Well now I'm curious what the profanity is that it would be filtered out. Surely it's more than 'ass' or something of the like. -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I just looked and all I see that I did was type what you just typed (I'm paranoid now, lol), but plural. Maybe singular is okay, but plural just... um... advocates promiscuity? Remind me to not misspell the word "assess". -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Exchange server? It was probably "Linux" that it didn't like. ;-) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I'm generally far more annoyed by those who feel they have to punctuate their postings with profanity and crudeness, and that they imagine they have the right to inflict it on everyone else. And from my point of view, your prudeness and holier-than-thou attitudes are inflicted on *me*. I suppose calling you 'anal' will again make you feel someone inflicted something on you. How pathetic. -- My message to liberals, democrats, and anyone 'PC': I'd like to see things from your point of view, but I don't think I can get my head that far up my ass! -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I wasn't even thinking of that, though now I'm going to check. (I have no recollection of using any terrible profanity... but I guess I could have.) It's the server. More importantly, the *brand*, lol. I know, I know. No, I'm not a rabid fanatic (I've had my shots). Was just surprised to receive it and realize that it had something to do with the list (again, I hope it was a user... I'm /sure/ it was a user... it was a user, right?). -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Of course it was. We all know that users cause all the problems on the server, don't we? It's never bad software or bad admins, is it? Of course not... ;-) Joop ------------------------------------------------------------ Dit bericht is gescand op virussen en andere gevaarlijke inhoud door MailScanner en lijkt schoon te zijn.
