[opensuse] Bouncing Launch Cursor
The KDE bouncing Launch cursor has confused me since dirt. I like the idea, but it has no idea when the application is launched so it continues to blink until it times out. Long after the app is up, and I am working in it, the icon is still bouncing. Its been this way since the Pleistocene. It seems such an obvious flaw. Why has this persisted for so many releases? -- _____________________________________ ---This space for rent--- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Take your choice, there have been many many reports, some dating back as early as 2005 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309214 http://kde.6490.n7.nabble.com/Bug-182803-New-bouncing-cursor-will-not-perman... https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=443219 But basically, I don't see how the developer does not notice this. Its very in-your-face obvious. -- _____________________________________ ---This space for rent--- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Its a configurable option, isn't it? -- You can either take action, or you can hang back and hope for a miracle. Miracles are great, but they are so unpredictable. --Peter F.
