Ibm Thinkpad t40p bios problem
I have a real big problem after a bios update ( thanx to IBM Update software under Micro$oft XP ) i got an error "0199" and cannot access anymore the bios with supervisor password everytime that i reboot i have to press the "esc" key Does anyone have a solution for it ? Thank you -- Laurent Renard

On a desktop, you could go into the box and move a jumper around to reset the Bios to its factory state. On a laptop, it's unclear how to do that, but IBM ought to know. They must see this problem often. Or do a Google search on "thinkpad reset bios". I just tried that and saw lots of web pages. Paul
