Ah, United States Postal Service... then there is nothing we can do. You should have said this at the start.

However... the link says:

Trying "domestic" sample... does not work, gets into a loop.

And the system requirement does not mention "windows", so it might work. Try "Netscape Navigator". Or ask them.

yep gets stuck in a loop using Konqueror Firefox or Seamonkey on 11.0 11.1 and 11.2 MS3 Pete

This is pretty sad. USPS won't work - so I thought I'd try PayPal (since that's where I do my other business things there) IT WORKS !!!! I was able to create, pay - and - print labels. AND I could link back to USPS for getting the shipping rates. A least I'm happy for now - I don't have to hand print my labels.
