[opensuse] firefox and webm
Hi, Will we get a webm enabled build of firefox in the build service (or is there one already somewhere)? Anders -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Enabled how? Many sites use a flash plugin for this. What interface would you like in firefox? I am guessing there is an HTML5 definition for these devices. Do you mean that? As an aside, http://www.html5test.com tests your browser for HTML5 completeness. Under the 'local devices', firefox (3.6.3) got 0 of 20. chrome/opera/safari-Mac got the same in that category. I wonder what browser does support local devices. Safari on the mac seems to have the most html5 features implemented. No surprise there. -- Roger Oberholtzer Ramböll RST/OPQ Ramböll Sverige AB Krukmakargatan 21 P.O. No, flash is flash, webm means it plays natively in the browser without a plugin. The nightly builds from mozilla.org have this enabled, and I was wondering if Wolfgang (or someone else) had done this for the packages in the build service Anders -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Early Saturday when I answered. I read 'webcam'. You are not reading planet.opensuse? ;-) http://www.rosenauer.org/blog/2010/06/10/firefox-minefield-and-webm/ But then there is no WebM enabled build based on stable 3.6.x if you were expecting this.
