Has anyone configured a T5 to sync with Kpilot?? I've linked /dev/ttyUSB0 to /dev/pilot but I can't get the O/S to recognize anything on that device. Any sugestions?? BTW - I'm on 9.1 pro Thanks in advance...

It probably uses, when needed, /dev/pilot/usb/ttyUSB0 Fred -- The only bug free software from MickySoft is still shrink-wrapped in their warehouse..."

That is a lower case L.
The /dev/ttyUSB0 is not generally created until you press the button. If
that does not work, then try pilot-xfer -p /dev/ttyUSB1 -l
Also, while you have the butten pressed on the Tungsten, try the following
command:
lsusb
This should print out a list of active USB devices.
It should show:
Bus 003 Device 052: ID 0830:0060 Palm, Inc.
0X0060 is the Tungsten T ID. 0x0830 is the Vendor ID for Palm.
On 9.1, I'm not sure if the /dev/usb/* devices are set up, if so, then
use /dev/usb/ttyUSB[01] as appropriate.
Once you have successfully established communication with the device, then
try kpilot. On 9.2, I tried kpilot this morning with my Treo650, and kpilot
crashed, but jpilot works fine.
