From what I know (with my admittedly little knowledge) the fstab files seem to fine. What about the permissions for the actual mount points though? -- ============================================== I am only human, please forgive me if I make a mistake it is not deliberate. ============================================== Xmas may be over but, PLEASE DON'T drink and drive you'll make it to the next one that way.

With exception of the /tmp directory, all others are only writeable for user root and some of them for group root (i.e. /Backups and /Data_Disk). Unless you're member of group root you'll not be able to write into any of the directories in question. \Steve
