OK, I sorted it by stripping everything xine-related out of my install and starting again with the packman RPMs.

Kaffeine, I had to compile myself because I couldn't get the Packman RPM to install because of dependencies on newer versions of Qt and kdelibs3.

I found that I had to download packman's 9.0 version of kaffeine because of the qt dependencies. I sent them a note a while back but it hasn't been fixed yet. -- Robert C. Paulsen, Jr. robert@paulsenonline.net
