ASUS WiFi adapter
Hey Group; I have a ASUS A7N8X-E mother board with a special WiFi connector. ASUS calls this part a WL-130B and it plugs into a special socket and has a ANT. that exits the back of the ATX case. Has anyone dealt with one of these cards. If "yes" is it a problem for SuSE? Also if you know of a place to purchase this card please let me know directly of list. Reason for this info: I have a new Palm Pilot that has 802-11B which I wish to try with Linux. -- 73 de Donn Washburn Hpage: " http://www.hal-pc.org/~n5xwb " Ham Callsign N5XWB Email: " n5xwb@hal-pc.org " 307 Savoy St. HAMs: " n5xwb@arrl.net " Sugar Land, TX 77478 LL# 1.281.242.3256 " http://counter.li.org " #279316

Never seen one of those wifi cards in the wild, but it's probably cheaper and less problematic to just buy a supported wifi card. I think they're under $100.00 now, even at CompUSA. If you hunt a bit I'm sure you can do much better than that. Mike- -- Mornings: Evolution in action.
