Is there a cure for this?

Is /etc/resolve.conf and /etc/hosts defined for your system ?
I use X-ISP and it works fine as long as I have the info correct.

My /etc/hosts file says:
127.0.0.1 localhost
My /etc/resolv.conf says:
domain www.integrityonline13.com
nameserver YAST_ASK
nameserver 192.52.71.5 #kppp temp entry
nameserver 199.94.215.244 #kppp temp entry
How do I access X-ISP?
