Qt development apps not in default path
Hi, All I have just started looking at Qt development on 10RC1. I find: alistair@irma:~> designer bash: designer: command not found alistair@irma:~> qmake bash: qmake: command not found Oops! However: alistair@irma:~> PATH=$PATH:/usr/lib/qt3/bin solves that in a shell. Is it intentional that the Qt build tools are not in the default path, or is this a bug? Alistair

The problem you mention is also present in old versions, and I personally found it very annoying.

OK, I think that I will post a bug and see what happens, unless someone very wise and respected suggests that I should not ;-) Alistair

Hi Alistair, which version do you want? Qt4 and qt3 are available. And the programs do exit for both versions. Which one should go in $PATH? -- mdc
