[opensuse] Digestions errors ;-)
Hi all, Since last week i've got digestions errors during update. Only on 11.1 systems, not on 11.0 and a few remaining 10.3 systems Digest verification failed for primary.xml.gz. Expected 4ea011dedafab66171855d01cd386dc95e7140f9, found 0a957464c47b88826ede4fd2b7e10cd5fd3ceb75. Continue? [yes/NO]: y Digest verification failed for updateinfo.xml.gz. Because i must work offline, a do a rsync from gwdg, move it to usb-disk, transport it to an internal install/update server. Suggestions? (besides a strict 11.0-diet ;-) hans -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

This is usually a transient error and should go away with the next sync. We currently have these: 11.1: ab8649a4689c79e39e105e69ce6c58ffed386e75 primary.xml.gz 0783458643d6a05d545cb047a9f2d7d51234229d updateinfo.xml.gz c31fcc3b540ff938c8173be064bc545d7ba96647 susedata.xml.gz Ciao, Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Go ahead with the course of Pepto, just in case the transient problem persists, and if symptoms worsen, see your doctor immediately. Side effects include .... -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. The usual remedy is reverse peristalsis. Did you try that? RRS -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

relax, this ilness is psychosomatic ;-) repository handling code do not have a digestive system and I strongly suggest you dont request this feature as it is going to be implemented in C++ and that will make you puke anyway :-D -- "We have art in order not to die of the truth" - Friedrich Nietzsche Cristian Rodríguez R.
