You can replace the Darn words with a more explanative word. Sometimes I can't see the trees from the forest. Thanks to all who patiently help me. By the way what I'm doing is documenting what it takes to change the filesystem around completely. I had read some idiot MS person saying the Win2000 file system is so much better and the reason they used was once you setup the file system your basically screw if you ever want to change it. So I decided that I was going to prove this wrong.
