Hi Benjamin, have you got refind installed? Especially on older Macs there's no way around overwriting your EFI-firmware. You find the download and an instruction here: http://www.rodsbooks.com/refind/ After having installed refind, you can easily boot from a DVD, install opensuse and GRUB and then have a choice what you want to boot during the startup of your computer. Read the instructions carefully. I don't know what happens if you have Win installed via Bootcamp. You might run into some trouble and you better be safe than sorry :). Regards!
