Having installed Rosegarden from the dist CD I find that when I run it, I get a splash screen, that sits on top of everything, and nothing else. Anybody managed to get it to run, I have heard rumours that the SuSE build is broken. -- Tim Nicholson BBCi at http://www.bbc.co.uk/ This e-mail (and any attachments) is confidential and may contain personal views which are not the views of the BBC unless specifically stated. Works OK for me on 8.2. Rosegarden is very good, but still not quite stable. Try opening a shell and run $ /opt/kde3/binrosegarden You'll get a string of messages that should give you some idea of whats going wrong. Indeed it does, but like too many other things, seems broken in 9.0!! -- Tim Nicholson
