Firefox 2.0 rpm's for Suse 9.3?
Anyone know if and where I can find an rpm for Firefox 2.0 for Suse 9.3? I see rpm's for 10.0 and 10.1 on opensuse, but not for 9.3. Many TIA, Jim

I checked the repositories on opensuse.org and the project directory on ftp.suse.com -- nada. I don't think there is anywhere else to check, unless it is one of the people in the /pub/people directory at suse.com.

You could grab the source rpm for 10.1 and modify the spec file slightly to suit your 9.3, then compile it. -- Anders Norrbring Norrbring Consulting

Or, I could just grab the rpms for SeaMonkey, and let *Jim* do the compiling: Why run the Gecko engine more than once? :-)

I thought the Suse rpm would be out by now. I guess I can try modifying the soruce rpm (never done that before but willing to try) or make my own rpm with checkinstall. Or perhaps wait till one appears on ftp.suse. I appreciate the help. Many thanks, Jim
