I had opensuse and windows vista on the same hard drive {grub}. Lost windows, can't restart windows, though, opensusy is still there. I have one important file on windows how can I pull them off. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

If windows partition is GONE there is not much you can do. If windows partition is still there, you should be able to mount it in suse and copy files across. CAREFULLY use yast to see if this is possible. -- If stupidity got us into this mess, then why can't it get us out? - Will Rogers -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

If openSuse was installed after windows, it should have created a /windows folder which has your windows filesystems mounted there. Have you looked in /windows to see if you have anything?
