[opensuse] Re: configuring postscript on 11.1
Per Jessen a écrit :
adding mail_spool_directory = /var/mail
solve the problem.
That is also the openSUSE default.
there don't seems to be any default, in the config file all the options are commented out
I've just done a new install of 11.0, and for the postfix config, the only thing I would need to correct is inet_interfaces. The rest fine.
default is said to be "all", this should be good jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://valerie.dodin.org http://news.opensuse.org/2009/04/13/people-of-opensuse-jean-daniel-dodin/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

jdd, isn't that what you started out by doing? I can assure you the openSUSE postfix default config has a mail_spool_directory = /var/mail. If your install comes with that option commented out, can we please see the contents of /etc/SuSE-release? :-)

Yes, that works too - but the installation default is 'localhost', quite sensibly. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (20.9°C) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

A MUA can automatically and silently pull mail from /var/mail to HOME. - -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.9 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAkpjVvgACgkQtTMYHG2NR9USEwCfVonLJFdHinB5EymNAZXMvEIk wQcAoIy9PXW8NlElJHmtslDElTAPVjT6 =G8R+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
