In the past couple of days, I have found that Knoqueror and/or Firefox in Linux are incompatible with at least two websites: Buy.com and SheetMusicPlus.com. In both cases, I could get partway thru the order, and my email and password was sort of recognized, but not really, and there was no way to order, in the first instance, or to check out, in the second. By the time I went to Windows, the Buy.com deal was gone, but in Windows, in their browser, whatever they call it (the Euro sign in the task bar) I could order from the sheet music place with no problem. Should this be reported as a bug, or as two bugs (in which case where for Firefox), or has it already been. (I'm sure these two sites are not the only ones with troubles.) (I did not try Firefox in Windows, as it has been giving me grief--I think it's infected with something I can't find.) --doug Blessed are the peacemakers...for they shall be shot at from both sides. --A. I usually think of it the other way round.

You're no doubt thinking of http://bugzilla.buy.com ? :-( -- Per Jessen, Zürich (8.8°C) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

At work, we are moving 70K users from internet exploder towards firefox. We see same problems. All we (are allowed to) do, is warning the web-master that their site is no w3 complient, and that they are going to loose business. For some of them (not all, some doesn't even bother to reply) it is clear enough that they should look at their portals. hw -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
