Hi all I am looking for a helpdesk solution for handeling requests such as some one wanting a Camcorder at a specific date and time. It would be nice if the software had a built in calendar and could also generate reports as well. We want a software solution that also has tech support incase we got in to a jam and where unable to fix any software problems related to the help desk software.

Check out http://bestpractical.com/ - The company I work for uses the Request Tracker, and it works pretty good. There's an "Incident Response" tool that may do something along the line you want. These are all web-based tools. SK
