Tom, Just go to the help menu and select Enter Serial Number. I agree that support has been slow these days. I've had great support from the VMware team in the past. I'm a little concerned that they haven't been more responsive. I have a feeling the new version is encountering more problems than they expected, which isn't unexpected considering that they are now supporting more guest operating systems. Hope this helps, Skip
I don't know how to install the reg number VMware gave me to test out the program that came with Suse 7.3.
How do I do it???

I was a paying VMware customer last year and their service stunk. I got essentially no help from their tech support. If you need support, look elsewhere. VMware has good technology, lousy support.
