In the process of doing the mp3 thing to my system with both packman and guru enabled I got myself into a mix 'n match situation. seem packman has a newer release of k3b that what guru has so k3b-mad couldn't be installed. I fixed it by uninstalling k3b, turning packman off and then re-installing from guru. Isn't yast suppopsed to resolve this type thing? or are the repositories out of sync? -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
Hello, we have 60 servers and all of them are SLES (suse linux enterprise server). yesterday, i learned kernels which are below 2.6.16 version have security issues. because of this problem, kernel versions below 2.6.16 were removed from debian stores (apt mirror). what should be done for SLES? should we upgrade kernel to 2.6.16?
