IA32=X86 PC's which is what you have so I would make a good bet that this is the driver your seeking. :)
Yep, that's the puppy. IA32 means IIRC, "Intel Architecture 32 bit". You just need to avoid the obvious ones, any thing with 64 = 64 bit architecture, ppc = power pc = Mac. BSD is another type of Unix based system, but is not compatible with Linux (at least 90% or the time, and then you have to tweak the source). Also, if no one has already mentioned this, is it best to get either the source (tar.gz) or the correct version for your distro, e.g. NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4363.suse73 for SuSE 7.3. and so forth.
