Quest 2 is about getting a remote X query session from another box. Can this be configured completely in Yast?
yes; yast -> system -> editor for sysconfig -> desktop -> desktop manager -> DISPLAYMANAGER_REMOTE_ACCESS
Ok I did this in 9.0 and I went to another machine in the house and typed X -query <ip> :1 and it didn't work.
Take a look at this article from the support data base:
You not only need to take care of the computer that is to export its X display, but also make sure that everything is fine on the receiving end (like no firewall rules blocking things).
It pulls an X query for other machines but they are all redhat
