I was able to get the user 'foo' into /etc/sudoers using visudo, however, I ONLY want it to execute /usr/bin/smbmount, and /usr/bin/smbumount, and NO other root commands The line I have in /etc/sudoers is: foo ALL=/usr/bin/smbmount,/usr/bin/smbumount (but I don't think this is correct), can anyone give me a hand here? -Bill

foo ALL=(ALL) /usr/bin/smbmount, /usr/bin/smbumount If you don't foo to have to type his passwd to run the commands: foo ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:/usr/bin/smbmount, /usr/bin/smbumount -- -ckm
