[opensuse] Logitech webcams under OpenSuSE11.1
Hello listmates, Has anyone gotten those webcams to work? I have played with a couple, no luck thus far. Under 10.3 it was pretty much plug-n'-play - install the modules, and off you go. Here I just don't seem to be able to get anywhere under 11.1. Thanks in advance for any help. Have you already installed quickcam-kmp-default (or quickcam-kmp-pae) package ? If you have already done, you had better provide the model name or product number of your webcam and results of "lsusb" and "lsmod". Yes, I have a QuickCam Zoom and it works fine on openSUSE 11.1 (plug and play as you say). Bus 003 Device 003: ID 046d:08b3 Logitech, Inc. QuickCam Zoom -- Javier Llorente
