Linux graphical interface for C/C++
Hello Linux folkz, Does somebody know if there any development tools for C/C++ with graphical interface, syntax checker and debugger. Thank you for any suggestions or source of information. There are 2 very good ones that I know of... they are both native to the KDE2 environment, but can (of course) be used for producing any Linux based C/C++ programs. Both are "free", and are available from: KDevelop (http://www.kdevelop.org) and KDE Studio (http://www.thekompany.com/projects/kdestudio/index.php3?dhtml_ok=0) I prefer KDE Studio, as it provides code completion and navigation, as well a built in debugger. You can optionally purchase the "Gold" version (really cheaply priced) that comes with a nice mailing list for support and a product called the "DocBrowser", which can be used to browse all of the QT/KDE2 methods and libraries. Have a great day! -Steven
