[opensuse] How to (re)name a Xen bridge?
I'm new to Opensuse, switching over from Fedora. I'm following the Opensuse & Xen wiki and tutorial stuff, working on getting bridging set up. I've read the docs in the network-bridge scripts, and have changed /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp to, (network-script network-bridge bridge=brTEST) (vif-script vif-bridge) Next, reboot into Xen. uname -a Linux server 2.6.27.7-9-xen #1 SMP 2008-12-04 18:10:04 +0100 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux When I check if my bridge has been setup properly brctl show bridge name bridge id STP enabled interfaces eth0 8000.0030172032fc no peth0 the bridge name I defined, "brTEST", is missing. Instead it's just the default bridge, eth0. This worked on my old Fedora system. Is there some other way of doing this for Opensuse?
