Well one app I am contemplating needing is a graphical app that logs on to IP address/NFS/etc and grabs SuSE Linux, downloads the necessary base install via ftp/http and then fires up YaST2 to complete the install. This would be available free for install of course. Is this a pipe dream ?
It sure sounds interesting. I think such a program would need the following features: - Restart download where it was left/interrupted/ISP hung up. - User selectable download site. I just recently downloaded the entire SuSE 7.0 from ftp, but it would have been much nicer to have the opportunity to just download the base and the add on that. Regards Ole
