Hi all, Well I have downloaded a couple of different lame rpms and neither installed properly which is why I wasn't able to find libmp3lame.so for Audacity. I did a google search for lame downloads and found a nice page with dozens of lame rpms, but none are shown to be for SuSE Linux. Seems like everyone is represented there BUT SuSE for some reason. Can anyone direct me to the right lame for SuSE 8.2? Thanks! __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Open Yast and invoke the Software install manager, enter lame in te search field and then search. All the items that are checked are installed. Now press the button 'Check dependencies' and see if there is anything missing.
If nothing, uninstall te items and reinstall them making sure you check the dependencies before 'accept'ing them.
