Is there some easy way to: A) Disable SpamAssassin --or-- ensure that X-Spam tags are always written B) simply delete any virus email found rather than quarentine. I'll still take delivery of the notification, but I really don't care to keep all this cruft around.

"Question inconsistent, unable to compute" Spam is one thing - if you disable spamassassin there are no X-Spam tags: there is no spamassassin to write those tags. So your question "A" is inconsistent. Viruses are another thing, and messages containing them are quarantined by default, in case they are legitimate (you can delete them with a cron task, for example). In 8.2 virus checking is usually handled by amavis, so check amavis.conf to change behavior. Virus checking is different from spam checking - even if both can be filtered by the same program. -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
