How can i read a tiff file and how can decode a base64 encoding from a e-mail? Thanks *--------------------------------* | Chris Large clarge@macn.bc.ca | | http://clarge.bc.ca | *--------------------------------*
Chris, Is it a multipage tiff or a single page tiff? Single page I recommend something like kview. If it is multipage then you have to use something like Magik (Image Magik). This works but it isn't very satisfactory (i.e. it's slow). I receive a lot of faxes as multipage tiff docs and I always convert them to pdf then view them, it makes like much easier. If the tiff files are of colours / graphics you will probably end up creating big pdf files - not a good thing. Regards, Jethro
